Terms of Service of Luzia AI

1. Acceptance of these terms

By opening an account or using Luzia AI in any way you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

2. Eligibility

Luzia AI is available only to individuals aged 18 or older who have the legal capacity to enter a contract. Accounts held by minors are closed immediately.

3. Nature of the service

Luzia AI provides conversation with fictional virtual companions. Companions are characters, not real people, and nothing they say should be treated as advice from a human professional.

4. Account registration

You must supply accurate registration details and keep them up to date. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Account security

You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Free access

The free tier of Luzia AI includes a daily message allowance and basic companion memory. We may adjust these limits as capacity requires.

7. Memberships

Paid memberships unlock unlimited messages, longer memory, voice notes and picture requests. The features included in each plan are shown on the membership section of the site.

8. Billing

Memberships renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. The card on file is charged on the renewal date at the price displayed when you subscribed.

9. Price changes

We may change membership prices. Existing members are told at least 14 days before a new price applies to their renewal and may cancel before it takes effect.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel a membership at any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period and the plan does not renew after that.

11. Refunds

Charges already made are generally non-refundable, except where consumer law in your country requires otherwise or where a technical fault prevented you from using Luzia AI.

12. Virtual items

Credits, gifts and similar items inside Luzia AI have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged for money.

13. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to use Luzia AI to harass other members, to break the law, to impersonate someone else, or to attempt to obtain content involving minors or non-consenting real people.

14. Prohibited content

Requests describing child sexual content, real-world violence, terrorism, trafficking or the exploitation of identifiable individuals are forbidden and lead to permanent closure of the account.

15. No automated access

Scraping, crawling, reverse engineering, bulk downloading and the use of bots against Luzia AI are not permitted without our written consent.

16. System integrity

You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the operation of Luzia AI for other members.

17. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages you write. You grant Luzia AI a limited licence to store and process them solely to operate the chat and continue your conversation.

18. Our content

The Luzia AI name, interface, artwork, companion imagery, code and written material are protected by intellectual property law and may not be copied or resold.

19. Generated replies

Replies are produced automatically and may contain mistakes, contradictions or invented details. Verify anything important with an appropriate professional source.

20. No professional advice

Luzia AI does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. In an emergency contact local emergency services or a qualified specialist.

21. Third-party services

Payments, hosting and analytics are provided by third parties operating under their own terms. Their failure is not something Luzia AI can always prevent.

22. Advertising and links

Pages may contain links to partner offers. Luzia AI is not responsible for products, prices or practices found on external sites.

23. Availability

We aim to keep Luzia AI online continuously but maintenance, updates and events beyond our control may interrupt access without prior notice.

24. Changes to the service

Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as Luzia AI develops. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, affected members may cancel and stop future renewals.

25. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or creates risk for other members or the service.

26. Closing your own account

You may close your Luzia AI account at any time. Closure ends your access and starts deletion of your data under the Privacy Policy.

27. Disclaimer of warranties

Luzia AI is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose.

28. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Luzia AI is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

29. Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses Luzia AI suffers because you used the service unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

30. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment. We ask you to contact hello@luzia.run first so most disputes can be settled informally.

31. Severability and updates

If any clause is found unenforceable the rest stays in force. Updated terms are published on this page with a new date, and continued use of Luzia AI means you accept them.
